We offer lifestyle products, home goods, drinkware, beach towels, bags, and other selected items. Some products can be personalized with a name, initials, custom text, or other customer-specific details.

Please make sure that all personalization details are entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, or wrong personalization details provided by the customer.

Personalized products are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order.

Personalized and made-to-order products may enter production shortly after the order has been placed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or technical errors.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and applicable law.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods. Your order will only be processed after successful payment.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, production time, and shipping provider.

Personalized and made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

6. Customer Responsibility for Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs for reshipping or replacement may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days after receiving the item.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes products personalized with a name, initials, custom text, or any customer-specific design request.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

In many cases, a return is not required for damaged or defective products.

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and production process. Small variations in color, placement, or finish may occur, especially with made-to-order and printed products.

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and branding, belongs to METINE DESIGN or is used with permission.
