European Union: 5–12 business days after production
International orders: 7–20 business days after production

Personalized Products

Personalized products with a name, initials, custom text, or customer-specific design are made especially for you. Please make sure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, the tracking information will be included.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
