Not the right fit? No problem. We want you to love what you ordered. Eligible non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible non-personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Personalized Products
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes products personalized with a name, initials, custom text, or any customer-specific design request.
Please make sure all names, initials, custom text, and order details are entered correctly before placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
